These Terms of Service govern your use of the Verbigem app and the mini.verbigem.com website. By using Verbigem you agree to them.
1. The service
Verbigem is a translator that runs an artificial-intelligence model directly on your device. Some features — chat, online translation and paid “Pro” features — use our servers or vetted third parties (OpenRouter, DeepSeek).
2. Accounts
You must meet the minimum age required in your region. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Verbigem to create unlawful content, to harm other people, or to abuse our servers. We may remove content and restrict access to protect other users.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are sold through Paddle, our reseller. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars. 5. Wallet credits
Wallet top-ups are prepaid credit for online translation. They do not expire. Except where required by law, they are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Intellectual property
You keep full ownership of the text you translate. Verbigem, its name, logo and translation model are owned by us.
7. Disclaimer
Verbigem is provided “as is”. On-device translation can make mistakes. Do not rely on it for medical, legal or safety-critical decisions without checking the result yourself.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbigem is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page and notify you in the app.
